The LMBA Future Leaders Program is designed to educate, mentor, and prepare the next generation of mortgage professionals in Louisiana. Qualifications 

Applications

  • This program is recommended for those with a minimum of 3 years in the business, but applicants with less industry experience will be considered. If you do not meet the minimum requirement of 3 years, please include a letter from your manager.
  • This will be an in-person class.
  • Must attend all classes to graduate the program.
  • Employer must be a present LMBA Member to participate in the program.
